Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Participant
    • Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify us in writing at least 10 business days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  2. Rescheduling
    • Requests to reschedule a training program must be submitted at least 5 business days before the original start date. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on seat availability.
    • Requests made less than 5 business days before the start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  3. No Show
    • Participants who fail to attend the training without prior written notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  4. Course Cancellation by Inayasoft
    • In the unlikely event that Inayasoft Technology Solutions cancels a training program, registered participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
    General Terms
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@inayasoft.com.
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of receiving the refund request.
    • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
    • Any applicable taxes paid will be included in the refund amount.
    • Inayasoft Technology Solutions reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. The terms applicable at the time of cancellation or refund request will apply.
